The Ascent had a minor brightness issue on the backup camera screen and the sun glass holder plastic tip broke , John and Lily follow through the problem and Sacramento in Service got them fixed for us. Overall Subaru offer a good 3rd row SUV and Royal Moore provides good sales and good tech for our new car. PS, if you are buying the Ascent make sure you get the ( Cargo Area Lighting-LED upgrade ), this OEM light bar in the rear top of the roof make a huge difference when you open your truck door at night.
